We offer highly competitive compensation plans.  Yes, we have a franchise fee, but that shouldn't stop you from comparing us to other companies.  In fact, agents who have come to us from other firms say they would rather pay the franchise fee out of their closing checks than be nickeled and dimed with monthly overhead fees and charges. 

  • Our Sales Associates continue to be some of the most productive in the area
  • Coldwell Banker Success offers state-of-the-art facilities that allow our sales associates to fully function remotely
  • There is company-sponsored advertising including weekly newspaper advertising and online presence at no charge to you
  • At the same time, Coldwell Banker Success’ fulltime Marketing Director negotiates discounted rates on your behalf that give you affordable advertising avenues, including the company’s weekly TV show, regional magazines and publications, local newspapers, luxury home marketing media, etc.
